Dr. Thayer Moor grew up living between the Netherlands and Birmingham, Alabama until high school, where she remained in Birmingham and graduated from Indian Springs School. With a love of finding creative, simple solutions to complex problems she attended Vanderbilt University and graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering. She graduated medical school from Saba University in the Netherlands. She then returned to Birmingham and completed Family Medicine Residency at Ascension / St Vincents East, now UAB. Dr. Moor is Board Certified in Family Medicine. Truly passionate about preventative health and lifestyle optimization she has found her home at Internal Medicine Specialists as of August, 2026. Dr. Moor is married with several children.
